🍾 Bottling Day Checklist

📦 Gather Equipment

• 10-12 clean bottles (12oz each)
• Bottle caps (new, uncrimped)
• Bottle capper
• Siphon or auto-siphon with tubing
• Bottling wand (optional but helpful)
• Small pot for priming solution
• Sanitizer (Star San or similar)
• Spice tincture (if using)

🧴 Sanitize Everything

• All bottles — fill with sanitizer, drain
• Bottle caps — soak in sanitizer solution
• Siphon and all tubing
• Bottling wand
• Any spoons or measuring tools
• Bottling bucket (if using one)

🍬 Prepare Priming Solution

• Measure priming sugar: _______ oz
• Boil 1/4 cup water
• Dissolve sugar completely in hot water
• Let cool to room temperature
• Add to bottling bucket (or fermenter gently)

🎄 Add Spice Tincture (Optional)

• Pour 2-3 oz sample of beer
• Add tincture drop by drop, tasting as you go
• Note amount used per oz of sample: _______ drops

🍺 Bottle Your Beer
